We accept cancellations within 24 hrs of purchase. Email at admin@ytbp.ca

Non-returnable items
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, these items cannot be returned/exchanged:

Custom sets (such as special/personalized orders, custom sizing, design, extra durability, etc)
Nail sets made to order
Ready to ship Nail sets
Nail sets that have been worn or tampered with causing damage
Personal care goods (such as beauty products like cuticle oil pens)
Sale items
Items won in a giveaway or purchased with a gift code

Please be advised, our nail sets cannot be returned. We do our absolute best to portray the true colour of our sets, however slight variations may exist. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual colour and the representation on our website, are accepted. Please be sure to order the right size (refer to the size chart) as we do not take any responsibility if the wrong size nails are ordered.

Damage items and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In circumstances where a refund/exchange is possible:

Evidence may be asked for, so keep all original packaging
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (including shipping costs for return item/s)
Buyer is responsible for any lost return packages if no tracking is provided. Refund and/or exchanges will not be accepted until items are returned in original condition
If items are not returned in original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Fees associated with cancellations and returns:

$10 CAD cancellation fee is applied to any unpaid and cancelled invoices
20% restocking fee may be applied to orders cancelled after 24 hours or returned items
